Richmond library building upgrade
Richmond Library will be closed from Monday 25 January to Tuesday 2nd February.
This closure will allow us to move into the completed part of the library so the builders can begin work on the Queen St end of the building.
From Tuesday 2nd February entry to the library will be via the new Petrie carpark entrance.
After-hours book returns will shift from the Queen St entrance to the new Petrie carpark entrance during the week of 25th January
We apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause you and thank you for your patience and tolerance through the building process.

Book of the Week
Dancing backwards by Salley Vickers
Mrs Heatherington sets sail alone on a cruise, with hopes of new experience and replenished independence. Vic, the on-board entertainer, has an eye for lucrative freelance work, and sets his sights on the elderly lady, lonely and vulnerable, whose heart he thinks he can unlock as fast as her purse. In this witty and beautifully written new novel, Salley Vickers uncovers the poetry of self-discovery and the possibilities of change for us all.
