Searching the Catalogue
There are quite a few aspects to this topic not all of which will be relevant to individual interests or needs. To find information on a particular aspect of fitness or exercise, try searching our online catalogue using Quickfind and type in the keyword(s) you want e.g.

• fitness
• exercise
• training
• yoga
• pilates

Use the Quickfind search as above to find your specific needs.

If the Quickfind search brings up too many titles or titles that are not relevant go into one title which is similar to what you want and note the subject heading. Select Subject as the search field e.g. you may want a book about a fitness regime appropriate for women. If you put Exercise for women in the Subject search box it will bring up a list of titles appropriate for this specialised need.
