NZ's Biggest Storytime
Library Week's signature event is back again in 2007! On Wednesday 17 October 2007, Melanie Drewery's newest book "The Grumble Rumble Mumbler" will be read at libraries all across New Zealand.
The "Grumble Rumble Mumbler" tells the age-old story of a child that can't get to sleep because of night noises. There are a cast of Maori monsters who help children see the funny side of things that go bump in the night.
If you love a good story and want to have some fun, this one's for you. It will be read at the Tasman District Library at 10.30am to an invited audience of youngsters from Richmond School's Junior Department.
Parents, bring your children and their friends along, to enjoy the activities and experience the brilliant community buzz at your library. |
