Tasman District Libraries provides free access to our library members to a great selection of databases. Under the headings of Art, Music, Health, Science, Law and Business, Funding Bodies, Published Articles, New Zealand, Reference and Student Resources; there is something for everyone.
Whether you are a student (Primary School, High School or Tertiary) there will be something in these databases to help with projects or assignments which you can access 24/7 from your home computer.
Interested in reading articles from popular magazines such as National Geographic, Scientific America, Economist, Smithsonian, New Scientist and more – search within the databases under the heading Published Articles. You can search a topic or search the contents pages of a particular magazine title.
